Some users are having issues while trying to create or download File Sends and Attachments using the web vault. If you are experiencing this, please try using a different client (however, please note that downloading File Sends may remain unavailable as they rely on the web vault).

We have also received reports of Enterprise users unable to log in using the “Enterprise Single Sign-On” option, if you are able to, please try to log in using the normal “Log In” option.

We are working to resolve the issue ASAP. Thanks to those who have reported the issue!
